Diana M. Capalbo

Diana M. Capalbo was admitted to the New York State Bar in August 2025. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, with a minor in Sociology, from St. John’s University in 2012, followed by a Master of Professional Studies in Criminal Justice Leadership in 2014. She went on to obtain her Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law in 2019.

Diana has dedicated her entire professional career to real estate property tax litigation and focuses her practice on representing residential property owners in property tax matters. She brings a depth of knowledge and practical insight to her clients, having extensive experience in this specialized field.

Diana is a member of the Nassau County and Suffolk County Bar Associations. She currently resides in Queens, New York.
